Ratings and reviews

App works ok, but the app is not the biggest issue. Its the quality of products, especially fruits and vegetables which is the problem. Today again i received rotten vegetables, this time carrots. Yes they do rot :) Its really frustrating everytime i try my luck to order fruits or vegetables i have to request a refund.

The app does get laggy and hard to see how to add items, but what made me lose faith in the services was not only the prices but also the way it is packed. Putting squoshy items at the bottom and breaking eggs for more then 2 times in a row is just not acceptable. One of the comments has right as well, they like to put last day items in your bag, perished even.

Dreadful service quality: it's a lottery what you're going to receive in the end and in case of fruits and veggies, whether they are either going to be not rock solid or smashed to bits. Customer service is reluctant to resolve anything without meticulous photo proof. I'd rather go to the grocery store, than have to triple check every item, if it's rotten or expired.
