I use the app for e-shopping with home delivery. I'm glad there is such app at all, but it is so bad. I wonder does anybody from the app developers has tried to make e-shopping with it? E.g., if I look for some product from category (like, fruits) and I go back 1 step, but want to stay in this fruit category, it goes to the main page, and I have to search again the needed category. It often log-off by itself and I loose all my collected basket! Plus, it's very slow. Really annoying.

haven't encountered a shopping app that requires so much effort to link an already existing shopping card with an online account. by the time the app sends a code to an email, it's already expired. oh, and the app asks for too much personal info. sticking to competitors as the effort isn't worth it 🙌

Silly app. Decided to sign me out without a reason and now i am not able to login. Need to ask random customer for physical rimi card on cashdesk Even more, after reseting password system just doesn't work. Always asking for password. update 2025.11.17 - still the same silly app. again kick off the app without a reason, asking for a password. does't accept password. after reset - just stuck on loading screen for ages. if you doing some upgrades - just test it before send into Production
