Garbage app not user friendly and making me go through sign in verification before telling me to update the app and having to verify again, not too smart but then security is not a strong point of the developer. One time password is an option but doesn't work. what a mess

Junk since the last update. Requires me to change my password but doesn't recognise my email address in order to send the reset password link to. Also doesn't show the keyboard to change the email address. Completely non-functional and unable to access medical records

I tried yo log in my account, was asked for verification code, had to do it for 6 times, then asked to update the app, had to re do 3 x as it froze all the time, then asked to change my password and couldnt click confirm as it froze again !!!!! gggrrrrr
