Almost worth another star or two but missing some time saving elements. * First of all, when a deposit is made to the account it is not recorded & shown along with the debits. The account balance is available * Secondly when a debit is made on the card a message is immediately sent to the phone. This is good, to a point, but for the user must cycle through the app to see the amount. If the amount was also shown then time could be saved & it's more likely fraud could be detected much quicker.

International transfers stopped working since the latest update and even the NBG helpdesk doesn't know how to fix it. Nor does the staff at my local branch. It worked fine for years but not anymore. New version is also sluggish and slow to react to the < icon at the top of pages. The previous version had its faults but was still much, much better.

Still no option for paying the yearly tax income with interest-free payments (up to 12). To reply the answer from nbc, I know you can do it through web banking. This review is for the app. Also, there is no option to display the purchases made only with fixed monthly payments. 30/9/2025 Major app update and still did not resolve the latter. Also, removed the actual credit card statement due amount and left the total due amount, an option that was available in the previous version.
