App has customizable buttons everywhere. You can set the notification bar buttons to do anything and even modify what headset buttons do. Best audio book app. Edit: App now crashing every so often and hitting the play button in the notification bar sometimes doesn't work Edit: 3 months later and the app still occasionally crashes randomly.

3/14/24 update - knocking down a star due to zero response from developer. Big feature missing is that audiobook mp3s will not have chapter separations. Other players do this. Critical for those of us who flip between listening and reading physically. Please add this feature. Previous review: Simple, fast and totally functional. Love that this doesn't have cover pictures. Nice controls and you can see where you are in multiple books. Thanks for this app.

It seemed great at first, but part way through the first book, I found out it was only playing part of some of the audio files. My book consisted of 21 files, about 50 minutes long apiece. Starting on the 13th file however it shortened one down to 3 minutes, 8, then 15, had one at full length, & then another at 7 minutes. I tried reloading them, redownloading them, playing them individually, and finally switched apps. Every thing worked fine there. Critical flaw. I'll be deleting this app now.
