FIVE WAYS TO REACH THE SAME RULE
SITUATIONS — Describe what you see in plain words: "red over white over red", "a vessel approaching from starboard". The app names the vessel, tells you whether you are stand-on or give-way, and points to the rule. Twenty-one common encounters are pre-solved: crossing, head-on, overtaking, narrow channel, TSS, restricted visibility, sailing, fishing and not-under-command.
