About this app

Our all-new Dozee Home app allows you to stay on top of your health while you sleep! It combines science with proprietary AI algorithms to measure, analyze and track your vitals and sleep. It measures blood pressure, heart rate, respiration rate, stress and sleep in a contactless manner.
The app comes as part of the Dozee Home offering. India's 1st AI-based contactless remote health monitoring device with an early warning system. Dozee works on Ballistocardiography - a scientific method that measures the micro and macro vibrations produced by our heartbeats, respiration and body movements. Al-based algorithms analyze these micro-vibrations in the form of electric signals to monitor a person's health biomarkers on a regular basis. Dozee App enables you to configure the Dozee device and track your or your loved ones' health from anywhere in the world.
How does Dozee make health tracking easy while you sleep?
- Monitors vital signs - BP, HR and RR remotely, in a contactless manner.
- Gives timely life-saving notifications through the AI-based Early Warning System
- Creates trends of vital signs by continuously tracking and analyzing health data
- Provides automated weekly reports in an easy shareable PDF format
- Enables you to share your health data with your family and loved ones

Which vitals does Dozee measure? What do they signify?
- Blood Pressure (BP) - the measurement of the pressure or force of blood inside your arteries. Each time your heart beats, it pumps blood into arteries that carry blood throughout the body
- Heart Rate (HR) - the number of times a heart beats per minute to indicate overall health as well as exertion levels at a particular point in time
- Respiration Rate (RR) - the number of breaths you take each minute to indicate how well your heart and lungs are functioning
- Stress (HRV) - a measure of the variation in time between each heartbeat. It is considered a possible marker of resilience and behavioural flexibility. As per medical literature, people who have a high HRV may have greater cardiovascular fitness and may be more resilient to stress i.e. have Low-stress levels.

Version 7.0.0 has put Dozee in reverse gear. Many issues are introduced. 1) Sleep stages are no more segregated as light sleep, deep sleep & REM. 2) Overnight sleep is clubbed with daytime nap as one single sleep. It randomly selects daytime nap either from the previous day or from the next day. 3) HealthSummary is available for the last one month only. With the data kept in Cloud, the user does not have much control over the duration of data he would like to retain.

I always believed in the power of meditation and has often resorted to Rajyoga meditation to feel refreshed after a stressful day. I tried the Dozee mindful app a couple of days back and had an amazing experience. My reasons are as follows: First, its ease of use. Second, the personalised audio cues which guides you along the whole journey. Third, you can see for yourself how well you did your meditation and can actually improve your practice everyday! A must-have for everyone!

This deserves negative rating unfortunately 1* is the least possible.A month after issue highlighted no solution in sight. Seems after getting funding from Bill & Malinda Gates foundation they have decided to kill the product 1st by introducing terms and conditions which makes this device a costly toy with no medical value. 2nd they do upgrades which are meaningless. Having seen the app evolve to today's version highly recommend to stay away from this product and company. Don't waste time & $ .
