qBittorrent Remote Lite is a clean, modern remote control for your
qBittorrent server (via the WebUI API) — not a downloader. Manage your
downloads from anywhere.

Now with free ads. not one, but two! horrible. Edit: alright, I might have been harsh. I just thought donations and the paid version were enough instead of you adding ads on top of it. I will buy the ad-free version. Thx gang.

It was ok before but now 3 unskippable ads to use some features for a few minutes? No thanks. used it for years but now I'll have to find a better alternative.

Thanks for using it for years! Those advanced features were originally paid-version exclusives — they came to the free app by user request, with an optional rewarded ad as the trade-off. Core features stay free, and ongoing updates plus the push service do carry real running costs. Prefer zero ads? me.fengmlo.qbRemote is fully ad-free.

Switched to open-sourced qBitController instead. Collecting analytics and showing ads? Are you kidding me? If you really need money to support a program that’s just a standard frontend for the qBitTorrent API, add a request for people to support your project instead of blocking part of the functionality behind a "Watch Ads" paywall!

The support option you're asking for already exists — it's the paid version: pay once, no ads, and it directly funds development. Ads on the free version simply cover the same costs for those who'd rather not pay; core features are never locked. Analytics is standard crash reporting only, never sold. Thanks for the feedback.
