IRONMAN Tracker provides official real-time athlete tracking for select global IRONMAN and IRONMAN 70.3 endurance events. We bring the excitement of race day to spectators and fans by delivering real-time results for professional and age-group racing.

Ratings and reviews

This made following an athlete much easier. It allowed us to figure out where to find her on the bike & run course. It would be nice if the location of the athlete corresponded with a line on the elevation profile. It would be nice if we could enlarge the elevation profile. If you have a math whiz on staff, generating an algorithm incorporating the average time/speed with the most recent split, would probably give a more accurate location.

App doesn't track the participant. Even with reloading the app and restarting the phone no info on the athlete I'm trying to track. I opened the app again after an hour of the event and found it was tracking the participant I was following without any issues. Both the Map and Tracker sections performed very well during the event. Apparently I was a tad bit hasty on my initial review and have changed it to 5 stars.

This app is very useful, both for racing and spectating! Unfortunately, the non-racing notifications are somewhat infuriating. I don't need or want 90% of the event messages that are pushed to my phone. The athlete ones are great, the constant ads and messages about stuff like Team IMF are useless and annoying. What's more, any time I add an athlete to the tracker, I get re-subscribed to event notifications! If these were at least under different categories it would be manageable.
