WORKSPACES & TEAM
• Organize tasks into separate workspaces – each workspace can represent a client, project, department, or business
• Invite up to 500 colleagues to collaborate in your workspaces
• Every user keeps their own account, can create personal workspaces, and build their own teams independently

SMART ACCESS CONTROL
Each workspace has its own permission levels:
• Basic – View only assigned tasks, add comments, attach files, mark tasks done. Cannot edit task details
• Add Tasks – Create and edit own tasks, assign them to team members
• Admin – Unrestricted access to all tasks and settings

RICH TASK DETAILS
Every task can include:
• Title & description
• Address (with autocomplete suggestions and automatic location setting)
• GPS coordinates (auto-coded into a readable address)
• Due date & time (optional)
• Assignee(s)
• Price (use for salary calculations or order payments)
• Color label (great for statuses or task types)
• Checklist – Subtasks that must be completed to finish the main task
• Time spent – Assignees log hours worked (useful for payroll)

INTERACTIVE CONTACT INFO
Phone numbers, emails, social media usernames, and URLs inside tasks automatically become tappable links. Start a call or chat via WhatsApp, Telegram, or another messaging app instantly.

FULL ACCOUNTABILITY
• Every change to a task is logged – know exactly what was updated and when
• Team members can leave comments and attach photos, videos, and files

POWERFUL CHECKLISTS WITH PROOF REQUESTS
Task checklist items can be:
• Simple to-dos – just mark as completed
• Proof requests – require a live camera photo (gallery uploads are blocked), an image from the gallery, or a file to verify completion

SELF-ASSIGNED TASKS (PRIVATE ORDER EXCHANGE)
Leave a task unassigned – it becomes open to the whole workspace. The first team member who “takes” it becomes the assignee. Use this to create an internal marketplace: employees choose the orders they want, instead of waiting to be assigned.

AUTOMATION & REMINDERS
• Repeating tasks – a new task is automatically created with a shifted due date after the current one is completed
• Personal reminders – each assignee can set their own push notification (minutes, hours, or days before the deadline)
