It used to be OK, but recent updates have ruined it. I can't even log into my account anymore. It constantly times out, forgets my details, and locks me out. It's completely broken and no longer reliable for tracking prescriptions. Now, it also asks for a PIN, but entering it does nothing, absolutely useless!! The only workaround is to kill the app and relaunch it so the PIN goes through if you're lucky. Over it!

this app is so slow to operate, it doesn't allow me to click order on my regular medication more often than not, meaning I have to send a message to the pharmacists to ask for the scripts I need. Even if I've clicked to count down days left on my scripts n how many repeat scripts I have remaining, it doesn't do it, leaving me checking with my Dr n wasting my time with him. Trying to order any non prescription medication or supplements through the app is almost impossible too. fix it 🙏

It's extremely helpful as a service for both myself and my Mum (who I care for). As an app? Incredibly broken. I log in via my Google account & every time I open the app after maybe 30min of non-use I have to log in again, after selecting remember me. >75% of the time trying to add an e-script results in endless loading, & even if you get to be able to add the e-script it often does it again, & you have to relaunch. Mum has the same issues on iOS. Inconveniences hurt its convenience. Needs fixes
