Memberships are monthly or annual. Payment will be charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Your membership renews automatically through your account unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. There is no increase in cost when renewing. Memberships can be managed, and auto-renewal turned off in Account Settings within Google Play after purchase. Once purchased, the current period cannot be canceled.

Ratings and reviews

New app was downloaded automatically, there was no notification of this new platform, I was in the middle of a 4 week program which is now gone. I have had several email exchanges with support to try and find out if the old programs map to the new ones (no response yet) and finally tried to use the app today and my subscription has not been carried across to this new version. A bit of a shambles really..

The workouts are good and I see the potential for this type of training. However, the app is terrible! I registered for two live classes so far and I had to keep on joining multiple time, and the app was very glitchy and the was a lot of lag between the voice and the image, to the point that I had to stop half way through the class.

This app does not simply list different types of exercises. It only shows routine. There is a chart with about 20 different movements it comes with. Outside of that you have to watch full workouts, not simply choose a muscle group and see examples of movement. For the amount I paid for a fabric strap with a grip I'd expect more. I purchased this to rehab after a hand injury and I have to find third party resources just to see different movements. Absolutely terrible.
