The "Macau Public Services All-in-One" mobile application (hereinafter referred to as "All-in-One") was developed by the Public Administration and Civil Service Bureau of the Macau Special Administrative Region Government. "All-in-One" is built around four main sections: "My Services," "My Information," "My Applications," and "Communication." "All-in-One" emphasizes personalization to meet user needs and optimize user experience. It integrates various important information from the SAR government and provides frequently used and easily accessible electronic services, making "All-in-One" a simple, user-friendly, and convenient unified service platform.

Furthermore, within the "My Health" service included in "All-in-One," users can authorize the synchronization of their step count data to view step statistics and trends, assisting in personal health management. Users can also voluntarily participate in the "Healthy Lifestyle Competition," where reaching daily step targets allows users to redeem rewards, jointly promoting Macau's public health level.

Ratings and reviews

Spent more than 1 hour trying to register myself but failed. The biggest problem was facial recognition stage. Couldn't passed the process of facial recognition particluarly the eye blinking !! But finally got through the process after more 2 hours of trying. Very frustrating !.

Edited: Version 4.1.1's Facial Recognition is Abysmal. Following all the face prompts but it keeps failing. For a workaround, you need to download 4.1.0 from the government website link advertising the app. Download the .apk file which will be 4.1.0. That version worked perfectly; I was able to register myself and my family on the first try for accounts with facial recognition.

Mostly worked on new registration, but facial recognition didn't work in Android 14. The app just hung and not responded. Switched to use an older android phone to complete the new account registration. Hopefully, that will be fixed in the future.
