It's nice to update the UI from time to time, but this doesn't mean that I should create a new account, I could have signed in normally like any other app update. Plus now the app feels slower, I need to wait for the loading sign to finish after each click. But the worst thing that has been done: WHY REMOVE THE APP WIDGET?! THAT WAS THE MOST IMPORTANT THING I USED! Instead of being able to see my consumption from my home screen, now I have to use *220# or open the app each time to check that!

For all years my rating was 5 stars. For the new update, disaster. My services, add a mobile number to start... Really! I already added my number and the app is broken. What a shame. I have 2 numbers with 2 accounts and yet I have to creat a new account. 1 star because not even working after i registered my number. I can log in but the app doesn't work.

terrible! why has the initial app been replaced with this? it doesn't even work. as I had forgotten the passcode, they sent me an otp number, which couldn't be entered, and then another, and another... I finally uninstalled it and switched to the website, which isn't much better.
