I've been trying for the last two days to open the application in order to modify my services, but I continuously receive "connection error, try again". It is weird to experience that directly after the company sent the new price lists which boomed like 5 times higher in LBP!!! It is totally unfair to be held responsible for the new upcoming bill because of an application which has crashed and I doubt it!!! When it was working perfectly fine.

What's happening with the App, it's not working from A week or two ago... Please fix ths (App) & thank you for the service [if it will be done... 😤🤯

The e-recharge not working on the app it always put transaction failed .and the card full of money whats the problem its technical or another unknown reason
