Can't even use the app. Tried to register, always gave me a connection error even tho my connection is running perfectly fine. Tried to register again, it told me that username and number are already registered. Tried to login to the "already registered" username, it told me that username is invalid. Makes sense yeah? Great app devs!

I've been trying for the last two days to open the application in order to modify my services, but I continuously receive "connection error, try again". It is weird to experience that directly after the company sent the new price lists which boomed like 5 times higher in LBP!!! It is totally unfair to be held responsible for the new upcoming bill because of an application which has crashed and I doubt it!!! When it was working perfectly fine.

I have tried so many times to deactive three services, yet, the app kept responding "error connection, try again." I succeded in deactivating call forward, and to my surprise, there I have it activated starting first day of July! It's not fair to do this to us and I'm not sure if the service of "live chat" is payable or not!!! Can you please justify for us why all the hassle?!!!
