Despite from App is not working, this is how they tricked me in a balance recharge. I need a IQD2000 package so I recharge my account with 20,000 but get only IQD19,640. So because of IQD360, balance is not enough for package. Now how to get these IQD360? I've to recharge a minimum amount of IQD3000 only to cover just 360. Now finally I get package of IQD20000 at the cost of 23000. Not only this, the remaining money disappears with in a week. This is how they rob the customers.

It had been more than two months since your app. stopped due to a failed attempt to update it. I suggest you simply save your money, kick out your idiot developers and downgrade to the old version that was quite enough, no bugs, no problems and stop annoying your customers.

The app doesn't work since a while, are you planning to solve the issue, because a lot of messages came from you referring to use the app, but it is not working properly
