For the second time, when I requested a SIM card, it was delayed by more than a day, and the technical support was terrible—they didn't respond, just a very poor service interface. Additionally, no one answers the call number 345 that you mentioned. So you respond to comments in the store but not to support?

It is a friendly application. However the customer support are not accurate as I have plaves order since 3 days and as per the application it was supposed to be deliver on Friday and until today Noone came. Even someone contact is yesterday and we schedule an appointment and did not show. Seriously you need to work on your customer support and sales

worst app ever! This service from zain is the worst, and you feel yourself enjailed with them. You can't change your subscription and their app is just lagging even when I am trying on both android and Iphone. their call center won't pick up and when they pick up they mean the problem from my net not from them
