when the monthly pack is over the app won't open ! How i could renew if it won't open ?!

there's a problem with the app. I noticed that I don't have Internet access, so I went to the spp to see if my subscription is still available. the app asked me to update, and I did. when the update finished, it did not open, and a pop-up message showed that there is a bug in the app, and it won't open until the company fixes it. when will you fix this bug? I need the internet that I paid for!
