the app doesn't allow me to login to my account though i entered my national ID and password in the right way. i tried forget password but it said that the email is not working. please help with this issue.

When I tried to create an account, it took long to send me the code, and the app needed to refresh the page, when I tried to do so, it took me out to the homepage. When I tried to find my account it says review your data, and doesn't even show any data to review. When tried to re-enter my data, it said that data can't be used again as it was entered before. I'll have to uninstall the app as it's useless. Really disappointing experience.
