This mood tracker has been incredibly helpful in keeping track of my mood swings and understanding my emotional patterns. The Reports section has been particularly useful, as it allows me to see trends and correlations with my daily activities. I love how i can customize factors and moods to fit my needs, and the journaling feature has been a great way for me to reflect on my thoughts and behaviors. It's made a significant difference in managing my BFD.
