Our new BML Mobile Banking is a simple, safe and secure app for your everyday banking needs. In addition to accessing your accounts and cards, we’ve now introduced new features including access to joint and business profiles, Quick Pay to transfer without adding a contact, generating receipts for past transaction plus lots of great support functions. You can send and receive messages, manage your cards and even apply for services straight from the App.

Ratings and reviews

Buggy as of recent. Can't access AI on app before or after update. Getting a perpetual loading screen and an error saying "something's gone wrong, contents could not be loaded" when trying to go back. Update: They took a perfectly functional messaging system and replaced it with AI assistant that's been crashing from day one. Now you can’t submit a simple service request because the AI either throws an error, gets stuck loading, or sends you back to the Enter Password screen. 10/10 innovation👏

The $250 monthly limit still hasn't been lifted. Remove this restriction and stop charging percentage fees on online sales to get a 5-star rating. Update: On top of the small $250 limit, they have now introduced percentage-based transaction charges, blocked numerous shopping sites, and added even more transaction limits. These changes make BML completely useless for online shopping.

Used to work just fine but after the update my account balances remain the same as before on the app. But it does show the updated figures on the web browser.
