The CFEcontigo APP is designed to: facilitate the payment of your services using bank credit and debit cards; request a recurring charge to pay for your service; pay with BBVA points; check your balance and download your latest receipt; locate the 10 closest Customer Service Centers; report power supply failures in your service; activate your electronic receipt (paperless); calculate your subsequent consumption in a simulated way and pay reminders.

To obtain the precise address of the nearest Customer Service Centers you must activate your location and to receive payment reminders you will have to activate the application's push messages.

The only problem is that you need to turn off the wifi before using it. Otherwise it will not connect to their system to download your data. Once the wifi on the phone is turned off then the application works without a problem. I also have not been able to use my Bancomer points to pay. Update: they fixed the problem with the wifi. It works much better. Thanks.

"CFE Contigo" is the worst APP ever. It's never reliable when you want to use it. Since the last update it just circulates CFE logo when you try opening it. Customer service are just ridiculous/joke on their attempts to come up with a resolution on this. They only reply to people's comments as they are only attempting to cover BBB, for only to say "thank you for letting us know" or "call us" Comision Federal is know to be a very wealthy Energy provider in Mexico for them to slack on these areas

Since last update, just get rotating cfe logo.... Can't even log in. Why do so many "updates" make things worse?
