Biller is a Malaysian app for prepaid mobile reloads and telco bill payments. See the exact price before you pay, settle with the e-wallet already on your phone, and get a proper receipt.
NO ACCOUNT NEEDED
Open the app, choose a reload, key in a supported Malaysian +60 number and pay. No registration, no email address, no card and no bank login. A copy of your order history stays on your own device.

Face value and the amount you actually pay are shown side by side before you confirm. The final price is confirmed at checkout.
U MOBILE PRICING
On U Mobile top-ups and bills, 2% is deducted from the price at checkout, so you pay less immediately rather than claiming anything back afterwards. No promo code is needed and it applies to every order. A minimum order applies and is shown at checkout. The rate is current as at 18 August 2026 and may change; the rate displayed in the app at the time of your order is the one that applies.
COINS FOR SIGNED-IN MEMBERS
Sign in with a free account and each delivered U Mobile order earns 1% back as coins, worth RM0.01 each. Coins are whole units, so the amount credited is rounded down to a whole coin. Coins can be applied to part of a later order but not all of it, expire by batch with each batch's date shown in the app, have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn or transferred.

Enter any supported Malaysian +60 prepaid number, yours or someone else's. The app checks the number format as you type but does not confirm ownership or active status.

After you approve payment in your wallet, the order screen refreshes every two seconds until every item reaches a final state, with a status badge on each line.
A PROPER PDF RECEIPT
One tap renders an itemised receipt with face value, pricing details and the exact total paid, issued under Kira Labs Sdn Bhd, ready to share or file.
FIVE LANGUAGES
English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, Bahasa Indonesia and Tamil, switchable in the app, with light, dark or follow-system themes remembered across launches.
