I really appreciate the Hotlink app for its convenience in purchasing data and call plans. The user-friendly interface makes transactions quick and hassle-free. However, I would love the option to personalize my HotlinkMu offers. It would be even better if users, especially students, could customize their deals based on their specific needs and budgets. Having the flexibility to choose the most valuable and affordable options would enhance the overall user experience. Thank you for reading this.

The app has improved a lot. It's working fine and has many user friendly features. Unfortunately, you can only use the app for one number only. You have to log out to use your second number which is so inefficient.

The app opens to a blank screen about 70% of the time on this phone. I have to restart the phone or force stop the app in order to sometimes get a working screen. Have tried reinstalling, resetting the data, and visiting Hotlink centres. App likely needs a bug fix to address Pixel devices.
