This app is now officially became one of the "terrible" app in my personal list since it's update to a new version. I agree to most if the users here that the previous version of this app is much better than the current version. It took around 30 to 45 minutes, NEARLY EVERY TIME for it to sync especially after recharge or topup even when using Wifi. It is also became non-user friendly for me personally because it was supposed to be an app that makes it easy for users to access to your facilities

The app took so very long to sync, it's better to just use *122#/*100#. The new rewards are poo lol. Keeps giving me reason to just switch to other ISP. 1. Poo rewards 2. Network keeps resetting ( this one isn't about the app, but still) 3. Took a pretty long time for the app to sync with my topup. 4. Lots of times the app would be empty, as if I have no connection even though I am connected to the internet. I have more to complain to be honest, but most are about the network not the app itself

Where does the reward go? Why no reward? Is it because there are already many customers and starting to change because it is profitable? If the updates continue like this, I hope the number of customers will decrease. And one more thing, why is the price of purchasing data getting more expensive every time it is updated? because it is profitable or want users to lose? The price is expensive but the data usage time is getting shorter. The Hotlink line is also getting slower.
