I downloaded this app to watch old Malay dramas, but I just can't log in. Every time I try, it doesn't work. Even after refreshing it multiple times, it still won't log in. It's such a shame because the app has so many great dramas, but I can't watch any of them. I've reinstalled it so many times, but in the end, it still doesn't work. I'm giving up on this app. 😒

One! Please stop the misleading ads that say you offer Animax even though you clearly removed Animax! And two, please do something about the repeated ads especially when I paid for the no ads subscription. You're getting worse especially after you removed Animax! If you don't do something, chances are no one is going to be interested in Tonton as an alternative to the overly expensive Netflix and Astro.

Already paid for the subscription but still can't access it, then it says the developer didn’t acknowledge the purchase. Even after complaining, I still can't access it and keep getting an error message.
