Good service and very easy to use. I have no complaint about this services except face verification. I often use a nissan leaf, but the problem is this car doesn't equipped 3 pin portable charger. When i rent this car for 1 night, i can't charge this car at home while night, i need to leave my car at charging station, book taxi and go back to home, not really convenient to rent 1 day or more. Hope GoCar can consider to provide 3 pin portable charger on this car. Thank you!

Very easy to use, and pretty cheap too instead of going to walk in car rentals. But i have a complaint, the car models are not detailed. I booked a myvi with a 2013 myvi picture on it but got the latest gen(kind of an upgrade but still i just want to know properly what im booking).

Your app needs a rewrite. I also hate the passive aggressive staff that contacted me over the problem of selfie. If it's not for this broken app, I'd have known the selfie needs to be with plate no. 😑
