photo taking feature is seriously bugged. frequently, after taking a photo using the app (this is a requirement when collecting or returning a car) the app will force close, and you will have to start all over again from the start. it gets worse, when you need to take a photo of the car BEFORE you claim for car wash, then wait 15 mins for the car to be cleaned, and the app force closed before you can take the AFTER car wash photo. everything isn't saved, so good luck trying to claim carwash.

Customer support is reliable and booking is generally straightforward. However, it is not user friendly when it comes to the rental process in 2 areas: 1) App needs an option to let us upload photos from our photo gallery. 2) Lock and Unlock button in the app needs to be stated more clearly. We thought it meant to lock the car doors but in fact it locks the entire car system. We wasted a good amount of time trying to figure it out.

Avoid 'GoCar'. I've used them several times now and each time it's a gamble whether you'll get a drivable vehicle or a pile of garbage. Some cars literally have bits falling off them. Most recently they gave me a faulty car, asked me to swap it, then got themselves mixed up, stranded us by locking us out the new car, and are now threatening to charge me for a 'missing car', which is literally parked at their location. Avoid this company at all costs, they will mess up and take your money.
