New update is much better than previous versions.. the one problem I had recently was when I booked an EV car then at the pickup time I found out it has low charge which the app doesn't show you until you already confirmed the booking, so imagine my frustration when I had to be on time for an appointments and then be late for it because I had to stay there and charge the car for like an hour, GoCar did give me extra hour but what's the point, I don't need extra hour at the end of my booking.

Ordered a car for the first time. Car was littered with trash, coffee cans, cigarettes ashes, and tissues all over. Reported to CS and was told to take it for a carwash? Like I'm working for them. Second order the same day after making the order was told that free floating was not available, and they can't refund me for the booking. Useless customer service, be aware. Total scam. Deleted the app right after and wasted money for nothing.

I used to love supporting Malaysian startup...until I met this app. The interface is confusing af. I book a car for the next day but the app start charging me right away. There's no guide or whatsoever to help new user navigate. I even tried search online but there's no clear steps. Called the hotline for help but the operator sounded like I'm asking donkey questions. Too much to improve.
