Ratings and reviews

The app is good and the P2P options are okay at best. But my biggest complaint is the app. Idk if anyone else has it, but sometimes whenever I try to upload a photo. When I press "OK", the screen turns green and I'm brought right back to the main menu. And this doesn't happen 1 or 2 times, no. It happens almost everytime. Even after I arrive to pick up the car. I'm forced to stay for another 20-30 minutes just trying to upload a photo. It's annoying and pls fix it. Or else, js 2 stars.

Actually really good. Verification was REALLY fast, and I could book a car within 20-30 minutes. Rented a car in Penang, received really clear instructions on where the car is located, how to find it and how to start the whole pre-drive check. Took around 10-15 minutes and I was off with my car. The Nissan Kicks I rented was in top condition too. Locking and unlocking was all done in-app so make sure you have data, Bluetooth optional. Just remember to top up the fuel before returning.

New update is much better than previous versions.. the one problem I had recently was when I booked an EV car then at the pickup time I found out it has low charge which the app doesn't show you until you already confirmed the booking, so imagine my frustration when I had to be on time for an appointments and then be late for it because I had to stay there and charge the car for like an hour, GoCar did give me extra hour but what's the point, I don't need extra hour at the end of my booking.
