I find it hard to get verified because of the selfie with ID. I can't change it to rear camera because the front isn't good enough. Ridiculous Edited: It doesn't help at all even you send me an email. Seriously, I tried passport doesn't work, I tried my ID doesn't work. Your employees trying to use my ID/passport for what? Loan sharks? What more they want me to take a clear ID with selfies huh?

ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS EXPERIENCE!! car was unavailable and only informed on the day itself. tried the live chat but was USELESS, did not help with the issue at all and keeps bringing me back to the start like a merry go round. tried contacting via email but response was unbelievably SLOW LIKE WHERES THE CUSTOMER SERVICE?? keeps telling me that my number was not reachable when it is. been 2 hours since reporting the issue and still no proper response or solution, can't even change the booking!!!

Super terrible experience. At first everything went okay, the booking was smooth and easy to find the car. But when I got to the car and got inside, that's where everything became frustrating. The car would not start at all and I tried resolving this via LiveChat but they are not helpful at all. The app LiveChat is very sucks and when they asked me to upload the video to show the trouble, it kept failing and failing even though I had good 5G connection. Really terrible!
