My 1st time trying to use this apps and overall was good but the problem is the car that i had taken for a ride was like having the rear accident before i start to use it...yet, had to use because that the only one i already booked for...dunno ehat would happen in future...owh..one more thing, the Lock/ Unlock via Bluetooth also slow...

Socar should invest more into their app. every single time I have trouble returning the car because of some error even though I follow all the instructions correctly. the worst part is they didn't approve reimbursement of fuel refill, even though I provided an original receipt from the gas station. I lost rm40 because they refused to accept my receipts. also after the latest update, the app won't open.

ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS EXPERIENCE!! car was unavailable and only informed on the day itself. tried the live chat but was USELESS, did not help with the issue at all and keeps bringing me back to the start like a merry go round. tried contacting via email but response was unbelievably SLOW LIKE WHERES THE CUSTOMER SERVICE?? keeps telling me that my number was not reachable when it is. been 2 hours since reporting the issue and still no proper response or solution, can't even change the booking!!!
