I was recently charged a $100 penalty due to low fuel. It was never my intention to avoid refueling the vehicle. The reason I became reluctant to refuel was because I previously experienced multiple unsuccessful fuel reimbursement claims. On at least three separate occasions, I submitted fuel receipts that were printed directly from the petrol station machine immediately after payment. However, I was later informed that these receipts were “not the final receipt""

I recently booked a SOCAR car and had a frustrating experience. At first, the car wouldn’t start. After contacting CS, they reset the system and it worked. But later, it failed to start again, turns out the battery was already dead. The battery date showed 2024, which raises concerns about maintenance. Also, the check engine light was on. This keeps happening almost every time I book the system even says the car needs immediate servicing. SOCAR MAINTAIN YOUR CARS! This is a safety issue.

My 1st time trying to use this apps and overall was good but the problem is the car that i had taken for a ride was like having the rear accident before i start to use it...yet, had to use because that the only one i already booked for...dunno ehat would happen in future...owh..one more thing, the Lock/ Unlock via Bluetooth also slow...
