Overall, the app works. However. Inability to Bypass the Chatbot to Reach a Human Representative The chatbot is a significant bottleneck, trapping users in an endless loop of generic responses. Insufficient information on car models. Key details such as engine capacity, trim levels and features are missing. This lack of transparency forces users to look elsewhere for information, making the booking experience inconvenient and unreliable.

While the idea provides a good platform to have hourly car, it lags, unreliable. I have been stuck out of my car in a scary parking lot for 30mins as the key does not work. Customer service is like a bot even after getting to a human agent. They keep giving the scripted answer rather than helping and the harass you with calls only to tell that you're liable for a fine etc etc. I've also lost alot of time unable to lock the car more than 3 times , it really does pose a threat being in parkinglot

Don't know what international driving permit they need say I have go to us embassy to get one while I have one that work in different country and I use it in malaysia too but have to get it from a government idp they don't do idp and the customer service don't know what there talking about they say government issues idp
