No way to contact restaurant, spent over half an hour on a call centre who just says they can't contact restaurant, unable to cancel. I know there are worse problems in the world but you should be able to cancel an order that doesn't arrive or at least contact the restaurant, all we wanted to do was try to pick up the order ourselves after waiting for an hour after the apps estimated delivery time and just get told we cannot reach anyone or refund you.

cant process payments properly. My bank wants me to confirm the transaction. I minimise the app so I can open my bank app. I confirm the payment on the bank app. I swap over to nandos app. 'oops we couldnt process the payment'. I had to go order at the counter, using the same card. Had no problems there

Absolutely amazing - went to the Grid restaurant in Braehead, got in instantly and ordered and got food in 10 minutes flat! Nando's app was really easy to use and navigate, and the rewards system is great. Pricing needs a bit of work, but the rewards cover that up. Massive favourite, will be coming here again!
