Ratings and reviews

No courtesy to inform customer on change of minimum spent requirements to get the stamp. Customer service sucks at some of outlets, don't even have the courtesy to remind the customer to show the apps before paying the bills. Whereas when the customer ask for the stamp, the waiter has the guts to say NO, cannot be done. Seriously??? Deleting the apps right away.

Useless app. Can't login, reset password or anything else. Waste of time. I missed out on 4 chillies with my visits to nandos. Not gonna be a member of such an app and probably limit my visit to nandos. Bye. Edit: 3 years later. Still a useless app. Cannot login or reset the app. Only response is "false" or "Please enter a minimum 6 character password" when clearly I have inserted something with more than 10 characters. Wasted getting chillies, wasted birthday redemption, Wasted time

Recently this app doesn't add the chili stamp after ordering and payment using the app. The staff keep asking to wait for 24 hours as they have no control. After 2 weeks still not added. Lousy reward system. Additional 1 star for the food quality and good customer service from the staff.
