Ordered for the first time. The experience was quite good. The food tastes exactly like what you would expect home-cooked food to taste like-- simple and delicious. However, the app can provide more frequent updates about the status of the order and also mention an estimated delivery time, right after the order is placed(for the live orders). Overall, the delivery was mostly hassle-free and the food was wholesome. Good job!

App needs to improve. There is no way to manually correct the address picked up from Google map api . I stay in apartment complex and delivery person will have no clue which flat to deliver. For payment, once failed, there is no option to re try it . Need to place fresh order again. Also there should be option putting instructions for food preference, since these are custom prepared food.

App needs to be improved like realtime position of the delivery boys etc but food served was 100% satisfactory .All chefs working under the organization are very good and I enjoyed almost all dishes.Foods served never let me feel that I am away from home. They were healthy and fresh in nature. Thank you. Continue the good work.👍
