This insurance is a scam. I have submitted the same reimbursement claims multiple times only for each one to be denied, requesting more and more documents every time, each more difficult to obtain than the last and now just darn right unrealistic. It's been four months for one claim. One would think they're priority is to find every and any excuse not to pay. 🤔

All of a sudden it has logged me out and now It keeps saying user not found even though I have submitted claim through it twice and while trying to reset the password gives object reference not set to an instance of an object. Feels like the back end developer has done some mistakes in the code, please fix the bug.

Time and time again I keep trying to login/signup to this app, doesn't work, it just tells me "Multiple records found" I'm like ok then I must have an account already although I don't recall it, I try "forgot password?" With all of my emails, I always get "Member does not exist", so I'm basically stuck unable to join and unable to login..
