This is the most clunkiest app I've ever worked with. Your only only to upload one of each file type. In other words, if you take a photo of receipts and documents... Nope. I had to create a Word doc on the computer to upload photos, the upload a separate photo for receipt. And the is just wordy, non-friendly. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and a week later, created the word doc.

Requiring an OTP EVERY time I open the app is useless (it doesn't add any security advantages at all). The app's notifications are hours late (even though my phone doesn't kill the app or put it in power saving) and when you actually open the app it crashes on the notification page EVERY time forcing me to use OTP 10 times to read the notifications. The welcome pop up after the OTP is pure annoyance (stop showing it on EVERY sign in 20 times a day). the APP is NOT ready(should be in beta)

Honestly, not the most user-friendly app. Having to enter an OTP every single time I log in is frustrating — why not allow users to stay logged in or at least enable biometric login for quicker access? On top of that, the call wait times and overall customer service are quite poor. Approvals also take far too long, and unless you follow up personally, nothing seems to move forward
