Users can maintain the same identity when making or receiving calls from any location. Users can also seamlessly send an ongoing call from one device to another and continue the call without interruption. This includes the management of answering rules, greetings, and presence for more efficient communication.

What’s new

Corrected a bug concerning JWT tokens when running the Core Module on v43.4 or below and SMA on 4.0.3. This issue caused page load issues for voicemail, greetings, and answering rules.
