About this app

"MySOS" is life-saving and emergency services, is the Medical Assistance application.

Falling flow and of primary lifesaving treatment required when you have found the people are, search of nearby AED information, you can view. It also provides a guide for emergency visits when in doubt to address the child's sudden illness.

In order to prevent the spread of novel coronavirus and take border measures, MySOS provides services to cross-border travelers and returnees from outside Japan at the request of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare / Health Monitoring Center for Overseas Entrants (HCO).

When linked to Health Monitoring Center for Overseas Entrants, you can make video calls to confirm your whereabouts during quarantine, and report your health condition and current location. During the quarantine, you can use only some of the basic functions of MySOS.

- BLS(Basic Life Support) guide
When you have found a sudden illness who, until the ambulance arrives, it will support the implementation of the situation judgments and BLS(Basic Life Support).

- Children's Medical Emergency Guide
Parents have a small child is, steep child sick of holiday-night (sudden fever, swallowed spasm, injury, abdominal pain, a foreign body, headache, vomiting, diarrhea, cough, sore eyes, ears of pain, and was stung by a bee, when in doubt to determine what to do to deal with hiccups, etc.), how and to deal in accordance with the symptoms, we will guide you through the measure of emergency visits. · First Aid Guide

· My Clinical Record
You can save the information of the user's own basic information and history, oral medicine, primary care physicians and test results (image). You can manage MySOS the information required at the time of emergency.
You can also manage health information (blood pressure, weight, steps) in conjunction with OMRON connect and health-app.

·emergency contact
You can register the contact that you want (such as family) to contact in case of emergency. The contact is possible telephone call or SMS transmission.

· Rescue Call
Installing the people are and will be able to send relief request (SOS) the MySOS. The alarm location and their location upon receiving the relief request is displayed on the map, you can also route guidance.In rescue when the request from the Ver2.5.0 you can call in the acceptance of who and anonymous and free of charge.

· AED, medical facilities search
You can confirm such an AED installation location and hospitals on the map.

This app is disfunctioning. When they screening. They never finish. Reson why frozing screen process in main program in Japan has frozing screen. Then they knew issue but they don't tell you uninstall entire app from your telephone. Instead skip it. That's wrong. Does not work. I made more than 10 time attempts. But did not work. Finally travel agency personal told me. Then , I did uninstalled MYSOS. Then reinstall MYSOS. it's work. Shame on Japanese Gov.

Simple app that does what it's supposed to do. Haven't had any bugs so far. I wish there were more options regarding the notification sounds though. I use an app called "I can't wake up" and it has options to increase the volume above 100% which is useful for heavy sleepers like myself. Also, if there was a schedule of ranges for contact/check-in times, that would be useful as well.

Two issues: (1.) face detection zooms way in on your face, you practically need a selfie stick to get your face far enough away so that it can fit in the correct scanning area. (2): the notification sound is a short, faint bleep that can only be noticed if you're looking at your phone. Notices are urgent and we must respond immediately. The alert needs to be longer and louder. EDIT: My settings are fine for all my apps except yours. THIS IS YOUR ISSUE TO FIX, not mine. My quarantine is over.
