soo frustrating!! having thee hardest time trying to figure out how to transfer the funds I added onto my balance back into my account! sent email for help never got an answer.

it's telling me to turn my nfc on to use it back my nfc is on and I check the apps permissions and it's not even an opinion it only has microphone and camera permissions
