I never leave reviews but I had to spread the word, if you own a BMW get the full master membership, don't even think about it just do it. I'm grandfathered with the iCarly app (apparently they now charge a subscription fee) and since getting Protools have haven't used Carly once. Protools is such a powerful program and it keeps getting better and better. The team is constantly growing and maturing the platform and the customer service is hands down the best, Period!

Incredible app. Fast, stable, and very powerful. I've used other coding and diagnostic apps, and protool is hands down the best one I've tried. I've been able to clear errors, update VOs in seconds, and it's even seemed to pick up stored fault codes other scanners missed. The interface is simple and intuitive, has clear options to back stuff up before editing. Compared to a scan tool or laptop It's well worth the money.

It's finally getting better, way better. The newly added support for older models Gen1 type with a usb k-line adapter (for my e46) as well as continued support for newer models (my e66) Gen2 using a d-can USB adapter, this is the hands down absolute best program for the small license price. I'd honestly say purchase the whole license package, both the diagnostics and the coding, and there is nothing you can not do while repairing or personalizing your car for your needs. THANK YOU!!
