I sent a wire transfer almost 2 weeks ago. I have the confirmation from my bank it was sent. I contacted customer support with all the relevant details including screenshots. I keep being told they are working on it. and I will be notified as soon as they resolve the issue. 2 weeks for a wire is RIDICULOUS. DO NOT USE THIS APP. IT IS A GIANT MESS. THE RESPONSES ARE LACKING. IN ORDER TO GET ANY INFORMATION I HAVE TO REACH OUT.

Ever since it got acquired by Robinhood all the fees have gone up and the new UI update is garbage. It used to be 0.04% for selling and buying with USD but now they don't even tell you the percent on the buy page. You have to agree to the quoted price that they give you to sell or buy (and it's like a 2% markup of the real price which is displayed on the home page of the app). Now I'm going to be out like $70 when I take all my money out because the sell price is also much lower than real one.

This app is irritating. I place an order, it charges my account, then I can't withdraw the amount. This happened multiple times., first time the order went through after a WEEK, this time I'm still waiting.... Edit. They only tell you it takes a week to clear after you send them multiple tickets. But they're happy to take your money in the meantime without any forewarning on how long it will take.
