Absolute trash. Both the app, the content and the pricing. It takes about 3 minutes for the TV app to register that you logged out of the phone app to allow you to continue playing on that device. It's lagging, sound gets out of sync, atrocious UI where there is impossible to browse meaningful content without getting bombarded by low quality content I don't care about. The selection of matches for NHL or MLB for the sports package is also something else, but that's more about the service itself

It crashes at least twice every time I'm watching something. It says that I don't have internet connection even though I'm on WiFi and every other app works fine. It is not enough to refresh, you have to restart the app every time. The connection to Chromecast also crashes really often... Basically, it is not a good app.

Does not work in the UK, unlike the O2tv app which it's replacing. If you try to use this with a vpn, the performance is terrible. There's no sound today. When scrolling through options, there's no highlighting of the currently selected option. I've sideloaded the app onto a firestick. Just dreadful to use. I feel like I've paid money for nothing! I cannot imagine the process where the developers and testers worked together and decided 'yep, that's a great product'. How could this get released?!
