The app guided me step by step through the setup and activation process in a very clear and simple way. It helped me check the connection, follow the right instructions, and complete the router setup without confusion. What I appreciated most is that the app made a stressful situation much easier. O2 is such a sweet heart. It was a very easy installation setup. Got a SMS that the internet was activated then the app took care of everything.
