Easy to use to set up a new Router. A smart and simple way for anyone to connect a device at home.

Please don’t get drawn in by cheap packages. My experience with O2 has been disappointing. I had connection issues in 2022 and struggled to get the contract canceled. In 2026, I’m facing similar problems again. This app never solved my issue for trying for 3 weeks Their cable internet relies on Vodafone’s infrastructure, which may be why the connection is unstable. Overall, highly not recommended based on my experience.

The app guided me step by step through the setup and activation process in a very clear and simple way. It helped me check the connection, follow the right instructions, and complete the router setup without confusion. What I appreciated most is that the app made a stressful situation much easier.
