For every Runner not getting past the starting animation: Don't use the automatic Bib matching by name. Clear the app storage, log in again and change your name to a nickname or something. Then manually enter the Bib number when joining a race. At least that seems to work for me... No idea if the app works, since my race starts in a few hours, but due to this bug it's 1 star for now...

Had to use it for a race over the weekend. Scheduled start didnt kick off correctly, causing me to have a "Did not start" for about an hour. Resolved that with officials and then had to get it up and running again but it would just freeze. After uninstalling and reinstalling while running it finally came back to life only to not show my location but rather just barrier points I passed which are acquired from other sources. Added quite a bit of stress to an already stressful situation.

Another UTMB week and the app is no better. There are no 'live' PTL results showing.. Has anyone tested this app - it's even worse than the last version!! The appearance is bad (live favourites are lower on the list than not launched), the information is inaccurate (finish time before the last cp time!), many Awards positions aren't visible.. and it's very confusing to have favourites in the app and then have to add them separately in UTMB live, and then you can't return into the app
