Rate My Routes
You can now give feedback on how safe and comfortable you feel when riding your bike on different streets in your community.
You simply 'paint' your routes with your finger. For example, red for where you feel unsafe and green for where you feel safe.
Your anonymous feedback is combined with everyone else’s on a map to show which parts of your community are in greatest need of improvement for biking.

The public map is an excellent tool for planning your daily commute or discovering stress-free routes in your area.

Log rides automatically
The Love to Ride app can automatically log all bike rides, long and short, without you needing to press 'start' and 'stop.' If it determines you're riding a bike, the app kicks in and records your ride.
There's no need to pull your phone out of your pocket before or after a ride!

Please be advised that if you use the Love to Ride app's automatic bike trip logging feature, a foreground service may be active to enable the app to track your location — even when the app is not open. A persistent notification is shown while tracking is active, in accordance with Android background location policies.

Ratings and reviews

It has worked well for me, ever since I set it up to automatically log rides and set my nightly phone restart routine to also start Love to Ride. I like that I can correct ride modes after the fact; vehicle trips in traffic are logged as bike rides. I also appreciate how I can log non-bike trips. I think seeing how I actually choose to travel the same route different ways is telling, even to myself. I'm surprised to see no ebike option, but bike is bike. Those stats speak for themselves, too!

Won't auto-log any of my rides. I've checked my settings, reset everything. Logged out and back in. Won't do this basic thing it should but drains your battery like nothing. Now when I go for walks, my battery goes from full to 30% in less than an hour. Yet it won't track and record any of my bike rides. Uninstalling. Will go back to manually logging via computer and website.

love the automatic logging of rides feature, but app must have unlimited battery access for this and it's eating my charge. Full charge at beginning of day & commute to work & back drains battery. Feedback on routes difficult as can't press submit button on Samsung as it's covered with Samsung own navigate buttons.
