Never even spent a penny through this application, yet I was scammed. I earned 30+ diamonds through achievements, and they disappeared. I then bought 10 more diamonds, but after trying to use them, I was told to buy them again. After closing and reopening the app, the new diamonds were gone too. This is completely unacceptable and feels like I was simply scammed. Poor service and no trust in this application.

Initially faced issues with missing gems and technical bugs where questions wouldn't load, but I am very pleased with their customer support. After sharing video proof and following up, the MBC team investigated and successfully restored my 47 gems, and fixed the app issues. Thank you to the support team for resolving this professionally!
