You can subscribe easily, but you have to dig deep into the options to find out how you can end your subscription. It plays a 3 minute ad before you start watching something, and we're talking about a 3 minute ad to a supposedly "premium" service. I mean people don't get excited to watch more of your stupid stuff when you forcibly add an ad to the beginning of videos, they get annoyed. TV shows and movies are heavily censored! You should stay away unless you're interested in their exclusives.

I was prompted for a '3 months for 1 month' offer, went through the flow and subscribed. On my second month, I found it charging me normally as if the promotion was not applied. I contacted customer service and they told me they can't help, and that I somehow made a mistake and subscribed to the regular monthly plan instead of offer!! I subscribed through the offer page!! Lesson learned, the customer service is a waste of time, and will never trust this service again.

Was a loyal Shahid subscriber for years until my annual subscription auto-renewed at around 50% more than last year. I do not recall receiving any notifications of the price increase which is my right as a consumer. However, they insist it was sent, which is not true because they can't prove it. Requested a refund of the difference within 24 hours but it was refused. What disappointed me most was the lack of flexibility from customer service. Unfortunately,this experience has damaged my trust
