Ratings and reviews

I am having major issues signing in or even creating a new account for MeListen app. Despite clearing my cache and data in my phone, which the customer service had advised me, it still doesn't work and I have no clue what is the issue with this app which keeps happening. Mediacorp Customer Service staff told me to send them a recording of how I access this app. It's been 2 weeks now, and nobody has replied or resolved this issue. Hugely disappointing service from Mediacorp 😑🫩.

It's unusable now. It worked quite well 2 months ago, but it's not streaming anymore. When it does stream, it no longer works in the background. If I shut it off, it turns on automatically and disrupts Android Auto from working properly

As if it's not enough to have adverts on the different stations, we have to listen to a 1 minute advert before we can hear the news. Worse still, every time my phone auto switches to a different network or between WiFi and mobile data, I have to listen to the same advert all over again. How difficult is it to identify the app connecting and to remove the ads?
