Buggy, but works. It does a well enough job keeping all my information for me and my family all in one place. Allows me to pre-check-in before the visit. Very buggy. Often gives me error messages and kicks me out of reports and questionnaires (even after fully updated). Recently, the Biometric login just stopped working.

RUF to the RESCUE
3 years later - still not working properly. I just deleted my review from 2022 which was one star because the app only works part of the time. there's all sorts of errors such as not even opening to closing all on its own. because of the way logins are programmed, you have to remember your password because it won't pull a saved password from Google or Microsoft saved passwords. I'm not allowed enough characters to explain how horrible this app is. Mercy should be ashamed of it. .

Program itself is good, Mercy Health's personalizations are a pain, especially that it cannot be accessed from 11pm to 7am EVERY NIGHT, no matter what! Crashes mid operation are also a frequent problem. Many times, it just says an error occurred just after doing the SAME thing. Generally could be far more helpful than it is. Mercy IT dept. it is time to do it right, instead of messing it up, and having the extended no operation during the night!
