Not a bad app, the biometric log in (fingerprint) hasn't worked for a long time.Allso, when looking through past notes, messages, or appointments if you hit the back button it takes you all the way back to the first page, this is frustrating. But overall, the app is good. Seeing test results and messaging the care staff is great.

older version worked great, finger print or 4 digit sign in now doesn't work at all. you have to put in your user name and hopefully a tough secure password. thinking of uninstalling app and just having them waste a lot of paper with the same information on it. sad I loved the older app don't know why they can't just leave app alone. 5 months later and phone calls later still doesn't work the way it did before. 😬

It works when it wants to. Many times when trying to retrieve messages, billing, appointment history, ect it comes back with an error message. You can wait until the next day and try again or you have to login to the website if you need something immediately. It's 2026 and the usability of the app is going backwards. it no longer lets you use the biometric login or the PIN login. the server does stay up more, but it's not any faster.
