How is it possible that you can only login ONLY WI-FI!? this app used to be great, I've recommend this bank in the past based only on the mobile banking experience. Now I'm thinking to open an account with a different bank. Also, that copy/paste message directing reviewers to call to their customers support does not help anyone. Just fix the bugs.

Even after a year it's still laggy. Takes too long just to show the login screen. So frustrating when i needed to pay with Qris and this app just won't load quickly. And instead of fixing this and other performance issues the devs just decided to update the display/interface which IMO isn't so important.

The app suddenly stopped working. After a trip to the bank, I was told it's because I have app cloning enabled on my phone. The app requires me to disable this feature for ALL my apps, not just Permata. No other banking app has this problem. This is a terrible and unacceptable requirement. I shouldn't have to cripple my phone's functionality for one app.
