in this app everything is good except the help and support. I have done my payment using the automatic UPI payment but the receiver did not receive the payment. For this they have raised the ticket but its not been resolved and they have closed it without any conclusion. Payment was made twice and now i have lost my money.

26/11/14: It's much faster than desktop and it's fast forward facility is just too good. Also there are many offers which are available only on application. Have given 1 less star because it's message center does not work as it should. It only shows a few offers, so I have to check their blog for updates on offers. 20/06/25: App just does not process UPI payments any more. I have tried AI assistant but it does not understand query.

This app is the best among all the payment apps. I have a suggestion please consider it in the next update ....... There is always a pop up in the Recharge and Bills section and there is also not any option to remove the mobile numbers you have recharged for earlier. So please provide an option to remove the recharged mobile number
