Some parts of the app are broken... I'm trying to enable the Button Lock through the app but it continues show "off". There doesn't appear to be a save button or anything. How do I get this feature enabled? When trying to email support from the app, the request never goes through. The chat feature redirects you to a browser session. Feel like they could have done more to io integrate native features within the app.

Update: After uninstalling and reinstalling the app, it now works again. Increasing to 4 stars, could have been 5 if customer support reached out to me after I emailed them. Original review: I can't save any changes to the meals anymore, can't edit food amounts or create new meals. There seems to be bugs. I'm on Android, if it helps. The app used to work great.

Not as good as the previous app. In the previous app you could see multiple features on one page and this 1 do you have to thumb through to find out the feeding schedules of each animal. I also had to do a hard reset on both my feeders to get it to hook up to the Internet. I don't see anything new on this app there was an improvement over the old app don't know why they didn't just Upgrade
