registered, bought 3 day passes for my family. only then it mentions that passes cannot be transferred from device. in a way i understand that this is for safety. atleast inform this well in advance. so I had to scan for all 3 of us. then comes the real problem, scanning of qr codes is so difficult. I had to try atleast 10 times while people behind me are just trying to get infront of us.

Cards are added, but when trying to pay for the tickets, nothing is there. No use. Update: it appears you need to go to the Navigation section in order to buy tickets, terrible translation. The app definitely needs improvement in its own "navigation". Increasing to 2 stars so far.

I cannot complete the registration process. It asks for my phone number to send a code through SMS, but no code is ever received. They give me no other way of completing the registration, so I have no possible way to buy tickets with the app. TERRIBLE user experience.
