I paid paid for a month through the Play Store, and then was directed to open the app to confirm the subscription. It didn't work, and my account wasn't reflecting the paid status. Support at Rapidgator fixed the problem when I sent them my Playstore receipt. To avoid the same problem, open the Rapidgator app and complete your Google Play purchase through the app.

I too found it impossible to pay on-line. But I am also having difficulty with getting a one time pass code, so still cannot renew my subscription.
