If I could rate negative or zero I would. ALL11/11/19 cannot access again, payment made 10/24 9/27/19 issues fixed but could happen again. 9/26/19 Payment made 2 days prior but license not current, so I cannot book appointments or register payments. Currently waiting for a resolution after making contact So far I loving it. Haven't had it for very long so still working on understanding everything but it does everything I was wanting plus a few extras.

Super helpful for my salon, only problem is that I have it on both my iPad and Android phone. I purchased the license on my iPad so I can add more than 50 clients. I have everything synced to my phone but I can't add or edit any appointments from my phone unless I purchase the license again. In terms of convenience, that sucks. Overall, it does what I need and runs well. Would like to be able to sync my license across devices though, I'm not paying another $15/month when I can just use my iPad.

Wonderful in everyway except one, I want to download it on my Windows 10 pc but can't. (I tried Google solutions with no success). It still gets a 5 star rating. For what you get, (I paid for the license but, the free version is awesome too) its a life saver for me! It put the big picture on a small screen, saves me time with automatic reminders, clients can book themselves online (this is OPTIONAL), I can upload pics to their profiles, no more forgetting a face! TapGroom is underrated.
