My name mismatched my nin, and I haven't been allowed to change it in the account settings,I contacted your customer care service, but no one has replied since yesterday,so I haven't been able to use the app since I've downloaded it because of verification issues.

Your app is the worst app I've ever seen because I have done my verification and is successful and and when I try to log in the app they are showing me to enter my 4 digit pin to create wallet but I enter correctly and they are saying me failed to create wallet I did more than 100 times is still same problems. I never see this before only in your app does that after collecting my bvn details and you can't allow me to login your app this is scam alert.
