You made payment easy with the temporary unlock feature, at least if someone pays 10k like 3 or 4 times, he/she would've almost cleared, if not cleared the payment for that month, and they went ahead to remove the feature And the way easybuy restricts devices is very very bad, someone can't even make calls, that's too much it's the last time I'll use easybuy, and if someone asks me about easybuy, I will talk the person out of it

you guys are just lying, this temporary unlocked option doesn't work anymore, I've paid for one weeks, but my device is still locked, I refresh it so many times, even restarted the phone, but is still locked, this is not easybuy is hardbuy. The temporary unlocked just showed without any use. I chat with customer support, their telling me rubbish that I should check my Internet connection.

So after all the courses and insults I got from Easybuy agents, you still expect me to finish the payment of this phone, never I rather sell the phone as a scrab and forget about the phone unless the added charges is being removed, back to the normal balance then I will pay up immediately... If not I won't pay a dime thank you..😡😠
