The worst loan application ever. I have used this app for years, both for phone purchase and substantial loans, there has never been a day when I faulted in payment, I fact, I pay weeks before the due date.. I had an issue with my bank app recently and could only pay 80 percent of the loan I collected, I was just 3 days overdue and they sent messages to my contact telling them I absconded with money. Don't do business with this brand. Worst brand ever. If I could, you don't deserve 1 star.

My experience with EasyBuy has not been good. The repayment amount they presented initially is completely different from what is showing on the dashboard now. The interest and extra charges are too high and not clearly explained. This lack of transparency is unfair to customers. Please review and improve your system. But they are fast in crediting your account.

I would have like to give some malfunction on my issue with your device , this device was lock for default and for so long I have been looking for ways to activate the device but the app won't open. the device is just seating useless for a very long time now ... is there no customer service?? please reply to my review I really need this device active I will pay all the defaulted penalties
