I love your service, but one thing bad about Easybuy is the way they will lock up your phone if you didn't meet up to pay your debt even when you pay a bit amount of the money you owe them. You people should do something about that because most people get their money through the phone locked.

Easybuy management has not realized the application of poor training methods utilized by their supervisory staff. Their call centre agents are extremely rude and unprofessional. Rude; because they address customers who are temporarily behind on payments like permanent debtors. Unprofessional; they share customer data to third parties to harass and bother them for missed instalments. Where in easybuy contracts is it written that data protection is irrelevant. They never apologize in writing.

I will rate 1 star because they are the worsted people ever, and their customer service is too poor and they are rude, I bought phone with them on the 11 November 2025 I paid December but due to some financial issues I couldn't pay for January and February but they have locked all my app I can't even access my phone again even the app is not opening for repayment, please easybuy release some of my apps so that I can pay your money especially my WhatsApp and opay so that I can be able to pay back
