I would have like to give some malfunction on my issue with your device , this device was lock for default and for so long I have been looking for ways to activate the device but the app won't open. the device is just seating useless for a very long time now ... is there no customer service?? please reply to my review I really need this device active I will pay all the defaulted penalties

I love your service, but one thing bad about Easybuy is the way they will lock up your phone if you didn't meet up to pay your debt even when you pay a bit amount of the money you owe them. You people should do something about that because most people get their money through the phone locked.

We appreciate your feedback. Easybuy uses a system that locks devices on payment default. While partial payments can be made, the device will only be unlocked after it is fully offset. One thing I ate about Easybuy is that they call people that didn't know when you buy the phone and start embarrassing them and I have promise Easybuy agents that, when ever they try that with me again I will make sure I take Easybuy to court.
